Our client is seeking a dedicated Optical Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will take pride in delivering excellent customer service, supporting Dispensing needs, and ensuring a smooth operational flow within the practice. You will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with frame selection, lens options, and providing professional advice. The role requires a proactive approach and the ability to work effectively within a busy, multi-location organisation.

  • Providing expert optical and dispensing advice to customers

  • Assisting clients in frame selection and product recommendations

  • Supporting the team with optical assessments and measurements

  • Managing appointments and customer records efficiently

  • Ensuring all optical equipment and displays are maintained to a high standard

  • Contributing to a welcoming and professional environment for all clients

  • Supporting the overall workflow of the practice, including stock management

  • Must have optical experience.
