Our client is seeking an Optical Assistant to join this well-established optical and audiology practice. The successful candidate will provide expert support in optical dispensing and deliver excellent customer service. This role offers the opportunity to grow within a company that values its team members and their contributions.

  • Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear and lens options.

  • Dispense glasses and contact lenses accurately and efficiently.

  • Provide professional advice on optical products and hearing solutions.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Support daily clinic operations and administrative tasks as required.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and company procedures.

  • Must have optical experience
