Our clients well-established, independent optical practice with years of experience and a loyal patient base. We are currently seeking an experienced Optical Advisor/Assistant to join our friendly, professional team for 3–4 days per week.
Faversham is a historic market town in Kent, known for its charming streets, independent shops, and welcoming community. Located close to the Kent coast and countryside, it offers an excellent quality of life with easy access to Canterbury, Whitstable, and London via fast rail links. The town combines traditional character with modern amenities, making it a great place to both live and work.
This is a varied and patient-focused role, ideal for someone who has experience working in an optical outlet and who enjoys delivering excellent customer care.

Providing high-quality customer service and patient care

Frame styling and dispensing

Pre-screening and assisting with clinical support

Managing bookings, recalls, and general practice administration

Supporting smooth day-to-day practice operations

3–4 days per week

Experience as an Optical Advisor / Assistant is essential.
