  • Perform ear wax removal using microsuction

  • Take the patient's history related to ear health and symptoms

  • Advise on ear hygiene and safe practices.

  • Explain procedures and answer questions before and after treatment.

  •  Document findings, procedures performed, and any recommendations or referrals.

  •  Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with data protection laws.

  •  Follow infection control protocols and clinical safety standards.

  •  Recognise and respond to signs of infection or complications.

  • Provide a reassuring and professional service experience.

  • Conduct hearing screenings and refer patients as needed.

  • Collaborate with optical teams and promote audiology services.

  • Assist in expanding audiology offerings.

  • Deliver excellent ear care, working alongside skilled Audiologists

  • Ensure every patient enjoys a personalised, comfortable experience
