As a Hearing Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in transforming lives by supporting patients on their journey to better hearing. You’ll deliver high-quality hearing care services, provide essential support to audiologists, and build strong relationships with patients, while also developing your own clinical and professional skills

To be confident in carrying out fittings of hearing aids and aftercare

To be flexible and willing to work as part of a team

Work with HCPC-registered Audiologists and other colleagues to deliver good service

Providing customers with information about their hearing aid(s), how to care for them, and wear them

Make minor adjustments to hearing aids.

Maintenance of hearing instruments

Excellent communication skills

Ability to build relationships with patients and colleagues
