We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Domiciliary Optical Assistant to join our client’s team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide essential optical care directly to clients in their own homes or care settings. You’ll become a valued member of a professional, fun, and supportive environment, with a focus on your professional development and personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly during home visits or over the phone, ensuring they feel valued and supported.

  • Work closely with team members to identify the best optical solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

  • Deliver exceptional service throughout the client journey, from initial consultation to follow-up care.

  • Handle appointments, manage patient records, and support the smooth running of daily operations.

  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate eyewear, providing expert advice on frames, lenses, and contact lenses, ensuring their preferences and needs are met.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, peers, and colleagues to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

  • Help manage stock levels, ensuring that equipment and eyewear are available and maintained.
