Our client is a reputable audiology company dedicated to delivering high standards of hearing care. 

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to join their team on a permanent basis in Oxfordshire. This mobile role involves visiting patients’ homes as well as some clinic work, providing top-tier audiological assessments, and dispensing hearing aids. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing patient wellbeing and supporting the companies expansion goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct audiological assessments and hearing tests in patients’ homes and clinics.
• Dispense and demonstrate hearing aids, ensuring optimal fitting and user comfort.
• Provide detailed aftercare and advice to patients, supporting ongoing hearing health.
• Manage a typical schedule of 2-3 patient visits per day
• Travel via company car or car allowance to domiciliary locations across Oxfordshire.
• Participate in initial training and ongoing professional development sessions.
• Engage in monthly team meetings, including updates, training, and networking dinners.
• Work towards expanding the practice’s AQP contracts and growing the patient base.
• Generous salary plus upcapped bonus
