The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) to join their mobile team in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This role combines clinical audiology with the opportunity to deliver personalised hearing solutions directly in patients’ homes and community settings. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent clinical skills, build rapport with clients, and support them through their hearing journey.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic tests with accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide tailored hearing aid consultations, fittings, and aftercare support.
- Travel to patient locations across Birmingham, delivering mobile audiology services.
- Maintain up-to-date clinical records in accordance with HCPC standards and company policies.
- Offer exceptional patient care, explaining treatment options clearly and empathetically.
- Stay informed about the latest audiology technologies and available hearing solutions.
- Manage a typical schedule of 2-3 patient visits per day
- Generous salary plus upcapped bonus
