The Role
This role is for a Permanent Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) working on a mobile basis across Bristol and South Gloucestershire. The successful candidate will provide expert audiological assessments and hearing aid fittings, delivering a high standard of care. You will work autonomously within a supportive network of professionals, maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring adherence to clinical standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and diagnostics.
- Fit, maintain, and adjust hearing aids tailored to individual needs.
- Provide professional guidance and support to clients throughout their hearing journey.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records and reports.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in audiology and hearing aid technology.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the wider team to deliver seamless patient care.
- Manage a typical schedule of 2-3 patient visits per day
- Travel via company car or car allowance to domiciliary locations across Bristol/South Gloucestershire.
- Generous salary plus upcapped bonus
