  • Perform ear wax removal using microsuction

  • Take the patient's history related to ear health and symptoms

  • Advice on ear hygiene and safe practices

  • Explain procedures and answer questions before and after treatment

  • Document findings, procedures performed, and any recommendations or referrals

  • Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with data protection laws

  • Follow infection control protocols and clinical safety standards

  • Recognise and respond to signs of infection or complications

  • Provide a reassuring and professional service experience

  • Conduct hearing screenings and refer patients as needed

  • Deliver excellent ear care, working alongside skilled Audiologists

  • Ensure every patient enjoys a personalised, comfortable experience
