🌟 About the Role:

You’ll be trained to assist patients with choosing glasses, booking appointments, and supporting the clinical team. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn on the job in a friendly, team-based environment.

💬 What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and assist patients in the practice

• Help with frame selection and offer styling advice

• Book and manage appointments

• Carry out basic pre-tests under supervision

• Support the optometrists and optical team with day-to-day tasks

• Maintain a tidy and professional workspace
