We are seeking a confident and experienced Practice Manager to oversee operations within their audiology and optical practice based in Hoddesdon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient services, and supporting staff. Your leadership will play an instrumental role in maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement within the practice.

  • Oversee daily practice operations, ensuring efficient service delivery

  • Manage and support clinical and administrative staff, fostering a positive team environment

  • Implement and maintain practice protocols, policies, and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health and safety standards

  • Handle patient enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
