Practice Manager - North Shields

Our client is an independent chain of practice looking for a confident and motivated person. You will be required to have excellent organisational and communication skills. This opportunity will allow you to lead a hardworking, dedicated, and happy team.

  • Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Manage the team to achieve high levels of sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products to recommend the best solution.
  • Ensure all products are displayed.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving
  • Assist the customer in selecting frames and lenses that are best suited for their lifestyle and prescription needs.
  • Being proactive in keeping up to date with operational standards and training modules to further knowledge
  • Assist with contact lenses and dispensing glasses.
  • Previous experience of managing and leading a team
  • Excellent selling skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Be able to learn new skills and be proactive in implementing new information.
