Our client, a leading Optical/Audiology Company based in Burslem, Staffordshire, is seeking a Permanent Practice Manager to join their team. As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice

• Managing and mentoring staff to ensure excellent customer service

• Implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures

• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards

• Driving sales and achieving business targets

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and suppliers

• Ideally, you will have experience as a supervisor or an Assistant Manager or Optical Assistant who is ready to take the next step in their career
