Practice Manager - Newcastle

Our client is looking for someone who is self-driven, attentive to details, reliable, and approachable who can prioritise and work independently, with excellent organisational and communication skills.

  • Beautiful boutique practice

  • Salary depends on experience

  • You’ll be in charge of maximising store targets

  • Ensuring your team is motivated in providing an optimal and personalised customer service

  • Monitor the store targets & KPIs

  • Create rotas 

  • Manage deliveries and stock levels

  • Train and develop the team with a development plan 

  • Coach and motivate your team by giving them skill targets to achieve

  • Create a positive and inclusive work atmosphere, motivate and recognise achievements within the team

  • Supported by a dedicated and qualified team

  • To ensure total customer satisfaction with products and services

  • Dispensing spectacles to prescriptions

  • Day-to-day management of a busy practice

  • You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • A confident communicator

  • At least 1 years’ experience as a Store Manager or leading a team

  • Looking for someone with the ability to take ownership, problem solve and ultimately, deliver an incredible service
