Monitor the store targets & KPIs

Create rotas

Manage deliveries and stock levels

Train and develop the team with a development plan

Coach and motivate your team by giving them skill targets to achieve

Create a positive and inclusive work atmosphere, motivate and recognise achievements within the team

Supported by a dedicated and qualified team

To ensure total customer satisfaction with products and services

Dispensing spectacles to prescriptions

Day-to-day management of a busy practice

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment

A confident communicator

At least 1 years’ experience as a Store Manager or leading a team

Looking for someone with the ability to take ownership, problem solve and ultimately, deliver an incredible service
