Our client is a family-orientated independent practice looking for a confident and motivated person who can prioritise and work independently, with excellent organisational and communication skills. The opportunity to become part of a hardworking, dedicated, and happy team.

  • Salary depends on experience

  • Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Manage the team to achieve high levels of sales performance and customer satisfaction

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products to recommend the best solution

  • Ensure store stock is displayed effectively, hygienically and products and equipment are secured

  • Attention to detail

  • Problem-solving

  • Assists the customer in selecting frames and lenses that are best suited for their lifestyle and prescription needs

  • Being proactive in keeping up to date with operational standards and training modules to further knowledge

  • Assist with contact lenses and dispensing glasses

  • Previous experience of managing and leading a team

  • Excellent selling skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong Organisational skills

  • Be able to learn new skills and be proactive in implementing new information

  • A friendly and professional attitude

  • An excellent team player

  • Reliable and trustworthy
