We are looking for a practice manager to join our client's team. They will consider candidates with previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager. You will be working in an enjoyable and supportive environment and given the opportunity to thrive.

• You will be running optical and hearing clinics

• You will have experience working and supporting a team

• No late nights or Sundays working

• Empowerment as a manager, allows you to order your choice of designer frames for the practice

• Supportive and friendly Area and Regional Managers

• Able to lead by example

• The client will consider candidates with previous experience as a Senior Optical Assistant, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager

• Regular training from outside lens manufacturers

• Yearly Manager Conferences

• Excellent bonus scheme

• Salary depends on experience

• Arrange your team’s rota

• You will be part of a team, that works together

• Transparency within the team regarding budgets
