Our client is recruiting an experienced Optical Manager with a strong focus on both leadership and hands-on dispensing. This role combines team management responsibilities with active involvement in dispensing and patient care.
You will be responsible for overseeing the team, ensuring performance targets are met, while providing practical support and guidance. You will also ensure the team remains up to date with the latest optical developments and best practices.
