We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Optical Service Advisor to join our friendly and supportive team in our Leicester office. This is an office-based role that plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within our optical service department.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments for spectacle deliveries to patients

Accurately check and verify prescriptions for spectacles

Perform general administration duties including data entry, documentation, and follow-ups
-
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers

Maintain accurate records and ensure all systems are up to date

Ensure excellent customer service at all touchpoints
About You:

Previous experience in an optical setting is desirable

Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing prescriptions

Comfortable with administration and scheduling tasks

A team player with excellent communication skills

Confident using computer systems and managing data

Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise effectively
