We’re looking for a friendly and professional Optical Assistant to join our client’s team. You’ll support the practice in delivering excellent patient care, assisting with eyewear, and helping the team run smoothly.

  • Welcome and assist patients in-store

  • Help with frame selection and eyewear adjustments

  • Support clinical staff and manage administrative tasks

  • Maintain stock and keep the practice tidy and organised

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Friendly, approachable, and team-focused

  • Organised with attention to detail

  • Experience in optics required

  • On-the-job training and development opportunities
