As a Hearing Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in transforming lives by supporting patients on their journey to better hearing. You’ll deliver high-quality hearing care services, provide essential support to audiologists, and build strong relationships with patients—while also developing your own clinical and professional skills

  • To be confident in carrying out fittings of hearing aids and aftercare

  • To be flexible and willing to work as part of a team

  • Work with HCPC-registered Audiologists and other colleagues to deliver good service

  • Providing customers with information about their hearing aid(s), how to care for them, and wear them

  • Make minor adjustments to hearing aids.

  • Maintenance of hearing instruments

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to build relationships with patients and colleagues

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Salary depending on experience
