They are seeking a Dispensing Optician to join their friendly team in Tynemouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent patient care, dispensing with precision, and providing professional advice on eye health and spectacle options. This role offers the chance to work within a reputable independent practice that values quality and personalised service.

  • Dispense spectacles, aligning with prescriptions and patient needs.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to patients on lens choices and frame selection.

  • Conduct eye examinations and assist with eye health assessments where appropriate.

  • Build strong relationships with patients to ensure a high level of customer service.

  • Maintain accurate patient records,

  • Support the team in the day-to-day running of the practice and stock management.

  • Must be GOC registered
