Coaching, mentoring, and training your dispensing team and optical assistants to achieve their full potential.
Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
Supporting the team in delivering outstanding client care, leveraging the latest diagnostic equipment and advancements in eyewear and audiology.
You’ll need to be a fully qualified Dispensing Optician
Strong communication and listening skills.
The ability to build strong relationships with team members, peers, and clients.
A passion for delivering exceptional client care and supporting the professional growth of your team.
