Dispensing Manager - Lewes

As a Dispensing Manager, you will have excellent leadership skills and lead by example. You’ll manage the day-to-day running of the practice and ensure goals are achieved, staff are motivated and encouraged to work together as a team ensuring excellent customer service is always maintained We’re looking for a team leader who is organised, approachable, and has strong communication skills.

  • Train existing and new members of staff on technical and customer service issues.

  • Ensuring that customer service is at the top of your agenda. 

  • Manage all aspects of running the practice, including rotas 

  • To be registered with the GOC as a Dispensing Optician

  • Management experience

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
