This position requires previous experience working in the optical sector. As part of the role, you will be supporting the Optometrist and the team. You should have excellent customer service skills as you will be responsible for providing information to patients/customers to help them select the best products and services. Additionally, you will need to provide briefings and support to the team about all the products and promotions within the practice. The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Previous experience of managing and leading a team

• Attention to detail.

• Professionalism and confidentiality

• Ability to identify situations and act quickly for resolution, keeping notes to update the team.

• Ability to assist with dispensing glasses and contact lenses.

• Ability to work accurately and thoroughly despite time pressure while maintaining a friendly and professional approach.
