We are looking for a confident, patient-focused Call Centre Representative to join the front-line communication team. You will be the first point of contact for patients calling to book appointments, make inquiries, or follow up on optical and hearing services. Your role will be crucial in providing outstanding customer service while ensuring smooth coordination within the practice.

Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely, professional manner

Schedule, amend, and cancel appointments for optical and hearing services

Respond to patient inquiries regarding services and general practice information

Handle patient concerns with empathy and escalate when necessary

Adhere to confidentiality, data protection, and company policies at all times

A supportive and dynamic team environment

You’ll need previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Confident with computer systems
