Audiologist/HAD

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified Audiologist to join our professional hearing care team based in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

The successful candidate will be an experienced clinician with a background in private hearing care, capable of delivering outstanding clinical services while achieving performance and sales objectives through ethical, patient-centred recommendations.

  • Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments, including hearing tests and diagnostic evaluations, using advanced clinical equipment.

  • Recommend, fit, and fine-tune digital hearing aids and assistive listening devices tailored to individual patient needs.

  • Deliver ongoing aftercare and hearing aid maintenance to ensure patient satisfaction and long-term hearing health.

  • Manage a varied caseload encompassing both practice-based appointments and domiciliary visits within the Hinckley area.

  • Maintain accurate clinical and administrative records in line with professional, legal, and data protection standards.

  • Provide professional advice on hearing health, protection, and rehabilitation options.

  • Stay abreast of developments in audiology practice and hearing technology.

  • Qualified and HCPC registered Hearing Aid Dispenser / Audiologist.

  • Proven experience within private hearing care, including patient consultations and hearing aid sales.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong patient-care ethos.

  • Professional presentation and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally for domiciliary appointments.
