Assistant Practice Manager - Waterlooville

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Manager to join our Client's team and help ensure the smooth operation of the practice. In this role, you’ll lead by example, fostering a customer-first mindset while ensuring the team enjoys every day at work. You'll support the Practice Manager in delivering excellent service, meeting operational targets, and maintaining a collaborative, positive work environment.

  • Deliver total customer satisfaction through excellent products and services.

  • Motivate, support, and coach your team, helping them grow into effective leaders.

  • Oversee stock control and ensure the practice is running efficiently.

  • Support the optical and hearing test clinics, assisting with their smooth operation.

  • Drive team performance to meet and exceed targets through coaching and development.

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Optical Assistant.

  • A strong track record in team support and development.

  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive experience.

  • Salary is dependent on experience.

  • Ongoing training and development.
