Our client is recruiting an Assistant Practice Manager, this is a hands-on role so you will lead by example, if you have the drive and enthusiasm to work with the Practice Manager to motivate and lead a team, this is the perfect role for you.

• Set exemplary standards across all areas on the shop floor 

• Train existing and new members of staff on technical and customer service issues. 

• Handle any customer complaints

• Ensuring that customer service is at the top of your agenda

• To be friendly and approachable

• To be computer literate 

• Must have 2 years of experience working as an Optical Assistant

• Ability to learn and want to develop
