We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Manager to join our Client's team and help ensure the smooth operation of the practice. In this role, you’ll lead by example, fostering a customer-first mindset while ensuring the team enjoys every day at work. You'll support the Practice Manager in delivering excellent service, meeting operational targets, and maintaining a collaborative, positive work environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Optical Assistant looking to take the next step in their career.

  • Deliver total customer satisfaction through excellent products and services.

  • Motivate, support, and coach your team, helping them grow into effective leaders.

  • Oversee stock control and ensure the practice is running efficiently.

  • Support the optical and hearing test clinics, assisting with their smooth operation.

  • Drive team performance to meet and exceed targets through coaching and development.

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Optical Assistant.

  • A strong track record in team support and development.

  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive experience.

  • Salary is dependent on experience.

  • Ongoing training and development.
