Our client has a job opening for a Practice Manager to join their team. This is an opportunity to work in a supportive and enjoyable work environment while being allowed to grow, thrive, and develop your team. Your responsibilities would include coaching, and supporting the team.

  • Managing stock control

  • Dispensing spectacles to prescriptions

  • Managing optical and hearing test clinics.

  • You will be expected to motivate and support your team.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Achieve targets.

  • You will be required to have management experience either as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager

  • Excellent customer service

  • Problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • The salary for this position will depend on your experience, plus a bonus.
