Our client is seeking a motivated Practice Manager to lead our friendly and professional optical team in Saffron Walden. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of leadership, patient care, and operational management within a thriving, community-focused practice.

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the optical practice, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver outstanding customer service and patient care.

  • Manage scheduling, staff rotas, and performance reviews.s

  • Handle inventory, budgets, and financial targets 

  • Drive business growth through excellent patient experience and local community engagement.

  • Support the dispensing and clinical teams to ensure exceptional service standards.

  • Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within optics

  • Strong organisational and people-management skills.

  • A positive, hands-on leader with a passion for teamwork and customer satisfaction.

  • Business-minded with a focus on delivering results and maintaining high standards.
