Are you a qualified Optometrist looking for a new and exciting opportunity in a thriving market town? We are recruiting for an Optometrist to join a well-established, practice in Royston, Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic chance to join a supportive and professional team, that provides exceptional eye care in a friendly and modern environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality eye care, including comprehensive eye exams and personalised recommendations for eyewear. You will work alongside a supportive team and provide tailored solutions to NHS and private patients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough eye exams and vision tests.

  • Offering expert advice on eyewear options, so that patients receive the best possible solutions.

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, in line with practice protocols and professional standards.

  • Building strong relationships with patients, helping them understand their eye health and addressing any concerns they may have.

  • Contributing to the ongoing development of the practice and assisting in the training of junior staff.

  • GOC-registered Optometrist with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient care.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with patients.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • A commitment to professional development and keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in Optometry.

  • OCT in the practice

  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
