Optometrist - Oxford

An independent practice in Oxfordshire is looking to recruit a dedicated Optometrist to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the Director, helping to build on and further develop an already established practice. You’ll enjoy excellent support, a welcoming environment, and the chance to make a real impact within a respected independent business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer care and professional services.

  • Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and provide accurate prescriptions.

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with patients, ensuring individual needs are met.

  • Collaborate with a cohesive team to maintain a high standard of patient experience.

  • Stay updated with the latest clinical practices.

  • Participate in Continuous Education and Training (CET) opportunities.

  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the store and its reputation for excellence.
