Optical Assistant - Part time - North Finchley

Assist customers in selecting the right frames and lenses for their needs
Must have optical experience
Perform frame adjustments, fittings, and minor repairs to ensure comfort and accuracy
Conduct pre-screening tests before customers see the optometrist
Manage appointments, handle phone inquiries, and process payments
Provide expert advice on optical products and services
Ensure the practice is always welcoming, clean, and well-organised
Support the team with stock management, ordering supplies, and general administrative tasks
A friendly and professional approach with excellent communication skills
A team player who enjoys helping people and working in a dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide high-quality customer care
Ability to work efficiently in a busy and fast-paced practice
