As an Optical Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting customers and ensuring they receive the best possible experience. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Helping customers choose the right frames and lenses to suit their style and prescription needs
Performing frame adjustments, fittings, and minor repairs to ensure comfort and vision accuracy
Conducting pre-screening tests before customers see the optometrist
Managing appointments, handling phone queries, and processing payments
Providing expert advice on optical products and services
Ensuring the store is always welcoming, clean, and well-organised
Must have previous optical experience
A friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills
Someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and enjoys helping people
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering great service
The ability to multitask in a busy practice while maintaining high standards of professionalism
Work in a supportive and welcoming team environment
