Greet clients with a warm welcome, either in person or over the phone, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.

Work closely with other team members to determine the best optical solutions for clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.

Focus on delivering exceptional service at every step of the client journey, from the initial consultation to follow-up care.

Handle appointments, manage patient records, and assist with the smooth running of the practice’s daily operations.

Assist clients in selecting eyewear and providing expert advice on frames, lenses, and contact lenses. Ensure all products meet client needs and preferences.

Build strong relationships with your team members, peers, and clients to foster a positive and cooperative work environment.

Assist in managing stock levels to ensure that products are available and well-maintained.
