Locum Optometrist - Milton Keynes

Our client, a well-established and patient-focused optical practice in Milton Keynes, is seeking a reliable Locum Optometrist to provide cover on alternate Saturdays. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, modern practice with consistent weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough eye examinations with attention to accuracy and patient care

  • Provide clear, professional clinical advice and prescriptions

  • Work closely with the dispensing and support team to ensure a smooth patient journey

  • Maintain high standards of patient service and clinical record-keeping

  • Support the practice in delivering quality care and meeting performance goals

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified and GOC-registered Optometrist

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional, reliable, and punctual

  • Experience in retail optometry settings preferred

  • Availability for ongoing alternate Saturday bookings
