Our client is looking to recruit a Dispensing Optician, with the potential to lead into a management role. You will be responsible for assisting the Optical Manager in day-to-day operations, managing inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth workflow in the optical department. You will also help customers with frame selection, lens options, contact lenses, etc.
- Working with the Optometrist to determine the best solution for the client
- Capable of managing customer expectations
- Lead and deliver exceptional care, supporting patients and customers to make appropriate choices
- Provide knowledge for patients with more specialist requirements
- The dispensing time that enables you to offer high-quality patient care
- Be a qualified and GOC-registered Dispensing Optician or in the process of becoming a QDO
- To be able to provide excellent customer care and professional excellence
- Understanding and a good knowledge of different frames and lenses
- Focus on clinical excellence
- Proof of work in the UK
