We offer the latest diagnostic equipment, and advanced technology in contact lenses, spectacle lenses, and fashion-forward frames. As our Practice Manager, you will ensure that our practice operates smoothly and maintains our high operational standards. 

• Coaching, mentoring, and training the dispensing team and optical assistants

• A qualified FBDO Dispensing Optician

• A strong communicator with excellent listening skills, able to build strong relationships with both clients and the team

• Fully qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC

• Leadership or management experience preferred 

• Commitment to learning and development

• Strong supervisory and management skills 

• Loyalty and motivation 

• A caring, team-oriented attitude 

• Interest in eyewear trends and brands

• Quality dispensing and excellent customer service

• Handling complex patient queries

• Focusing on clinical excellence

• Leading, training, and developing the team

• Managing day-to-day operations smoothly -
