Contact Lens Optician Mobile - South Yorkshire

Our client is recruiting a Contact Lens Optician to join their team. In this role, you’ll provide expert contact lens care, determine the best lens types to suit customers' needs and offer ongoing support with lens care and fittings. You will work across various practices in the South Yorkshire area, managing clinics and ensuring every customer receives tailored contact lens solutions.

  • Complete contact lens fittings and provide aftercare support.

  • Effectively manage your clinics, ensuring a smooth workflow.

  • Dispense optical solutions, catering to diverse customers, including children and those with complex prescriptions.

  • Coach and develop staff in the practice, fostering a collaborative environment.

  • Deliver a high level of customer care and expert advice to ensure patient satisfaction.

  • Work closely with the team to provide a seamless customer experience.

  • Build lasting relationships with colleagues, customers, and local healthcare professionals.

  • Stay updated on the latest contact lens technologies and spectacle dispensing practices to train the wider optical team.

  • Validate complex prescriptions and provide expert care for patients with specialist needs.

  • Full GOC registration as a qualified Contact Lens Optician.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • A friendly and approachable attitude.

  • Right to work in the United Kingdom.

  • Competitive salary dependent on experience
