We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Audiologist to join our client’s team in London. This is a full-time, clinic-based role where you will conduct hearing assessments, recommend and fit state-of-the-art hearing aids, and provide ongoing aftercare services. You will play a vital role in ensuring an outstanding customer experience for our clients.

• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments to identify client needs.

• Recommend and fit the latest hearing aid technology tailored to individual requirements.

• Provide thorough aftercare services to ensure optimal device performance and client satisfaction.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and establish relationships with clients.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow compliance protocols.

• Expertise in hearing assessment, hearing aid fitting, and aftercare.

• Knowledge of the latest advancements in hearing aid technology.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

• Experience working in a private audiology setting is essential.

• Full UK driving license.
