We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Audiologist to join our client’s team in London. This is a full-time, clinic-based role where you will conduct hearing assessments, recommend and fit state-of-the-art hearing aids, and provide ongoing aftercare services. You will play a vital role in ensuring an outstanding customer experience for our clients.

Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments to identify client needs.

Recommend and fit the latest hearing aid technology tailored to individual requirements.

Provide thorough aftercare services to ensure optimal device performance and client satisfaction.

Deliver exceptional customer service and establish relationships with clients.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow compliance protocols.

Expertise in hearing assessment, hearing aid fitting, and aftercare.

Knowledge of the latest advancements in hearing aid technology.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent communication and active listening abilities.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Experience working in a private audiology setting is essential.

Full UK driving license.
