As part of a welcoming and expert team, you will be at the forefront of providing outstanding hearing care, dispensing hearing aids, and offering tailored solutions to meet each individual’s needs.

• Dispense hearing aids to customers with hearing loss, ensuring that their needs are fully met.

• Provide expert advice and aftercare services to customers, ensuring they understand their hearing aids and how to use them effectively.

• Conduct hearing tests and assessments to determine the best course of action for each individual.

• Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring every client has a positive and professional experience.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in line with regulatory standards.
