We’re excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) to become part of our client’s patient-centred team in a mobile capacity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied working environment, is comfortable travelling between locations, and has a strong ability to connect with patients and understand their needs. You’ll play a key role in building long-term relationships, achieving targets, and delivering a positive impact across several practices.

Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and provide expert advice on hearing solutions tailored to the individual needs of each patient.

Ensure the accurate fitting and maintenance of hearing aids, offering technical advice, and ensuring that patients are comfortable with their devices.

Provide follow-up consultations, including adjustments to hearing aids and providing guidance to patients on their use and maintenance.

Work closely with other healthcare professionals, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance your clinical skills and maintain your HCPC registration.

Deliver outstanding customer service, building trust and relationships with patients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their hearing journey.
