As Assistant Manager, you’ll be working with the team helping to ensure the smooth running of the practice. You will lead by example making sure our client’s customers, and teams, have a great time

  • Salary depends on experience.

  • To ensure total customer satisfaction with products and services

  • Motivate, support, and develop your team to be an effective leader.

  • To manage stock control

  • Dispensing spectacles to prescriptions

  • You will be running optical and hearing test clinics.

  • Coaching and developing a team to achieve targets.

  • Have previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, Assistant Manager

  • You will have experience working and supporting a team.

  • Excellent customer service
