• Assisting customers with frame selection and lens fitting

• Conducting pre-screening tests and maintaining accurate patient records

• Dispensing glasses and contact lenses with precision 

• Meeting and greeting customers offering excellent customer service

• 3 days per week ( Monday, Wednesday & Friday)

• Ensuring a smooth and friendly handover to the optometrist

• Collections of patient's spectacles 

• Helping customers choose their frames

• Fitting and repairing spectacles

• Contact lens teaches

• Administration duties

• Proof of work in the UK
