• Meet and greet customers

• Ensure a smooth handover to the optometrist

• Assist with patient eyewear selection and fittings,

• Perform preliminary eye tests and measurements 

• Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records

• Offer exceptional customer service to patients and address their inquiries

• Assist with the repair and adjustment of eyewear
