• Assisting customers in selecting frames and lenses that suit their needs

• Performing frame adjustments, fittings, and minor repairs

• Conducting pre-screening eye examinations

• Handling appointments, phone queries, and payments

• Providing expert advice on optical products and services

• Previous experience in optics or customer service is beneficial but not essential

• Strong communication and people skills

• A team player with a positive attitude
