Our client is seeking an experienced Optical Assistant to join our Oxted practice, working 4 days per week. You'll be part of an enjoyable, professional working environment that's fun, open, and supportive. Oxted is a charming town in Surrey, England, known for its picturesque surroundings and a strong community feel. It’s located about 20 miles south of London, making it a desirable place for those who want to enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside while still having easy access to the city.
As our Optical Assistant, you will:
- Greet clients with a smile, making them feel valued and understood
- Work closely with Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians to determine the best solutions for clients
- Deliver great service throughout the patient journey
- Has excellent IT skills
- Possesses strong communication and listening skills
- Can build relationships with clients, team members,
- Experience in an optical environment is essential
