As an Optical Assistant, you’ll assist our customers in selecting eyewear that best meets their needs. You’ll support them with frame adjustments, repairs, and fittings, and offer advice on lenses and contact lenses. You may also perform pre-screening eye examinations and handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone queries, and processing payments.
